I was a family lawyer in a past life but switched to business litigation. It’s much more peaceful. I’ve seen countless cases where one parent took advantage of the court system to block another’s parent’s access to their child.

I live in South Orange County with my wife and son and am still figuring out this pickle ball thing.

It took over two years for my custody case to actually go to trial. My case had everything, a planted recording device, restraining order, countless allegations of sexual abuse, coaching / alienation, supervised monitors, and even a toy up a butt. I’m not joking.

I live in North OC and help run a consulting firm when I’m not reviewing legal declarations for my lawyer.

We have had to deal with an enormous amount of struggle, pain and costs just to be able to maintain a relationship with my husband’s kids from a pervious marriage.

We are based in Santa Ana and I work for an engineering aerospace company.

After seeing the impact of the court system on my own family, I was inspired to volunteer. I believe every child deserves a safe place to learn and grow.

If I’m not cheering on the Chargers, I’m enjoying a good novel.
